AA (Abs & Arms): This 30 minute sculpt class focuses on tightening the abs andsculpting the upper body. All levels.

Ab Rehab: Learn to stabilize and condition the abdominal muscles more effectively by directly targeting them and by working the abs from a variety of angles in this intense 30 minute, non-aerobic class. All levels.

ADS: (Active Deep Stretching): This 40 minute class is designed to help you stretch the connective tissues of the body, lengthen muscle tissue and create space in joints. All stretches are done sitting or lying down and are strategically sequenced to provide optimum benefit. This total body deep stretching starts with 5 minutes of walking, 5 minutes of jogging, 20 minutes of stretching, 5 minutes jogging, and finishing with 5 minutes of walking. All levels.

Brick Class: This class combines 20 minutes of an outdoor run (or treadmill, based on weather) a 20 minute indoor bike ride and a 20 minute upper body workout. Sign up ahead of time, limited space if weather is uncooperative. Cardio endurance required.

Cardio Sculpt: A 50 minute class filled with several sculpting exercises along with short bursts of cardio. A fitness base is recommended.

 Chiseled: Classic “old school” one hour sculpt workout that tones and strengthens the entire body. Various types of equipment may be used to target all muscle groups. All levels.

Express Cycling: A 45 minute class packed full of energy and motivating music. If you are a beginner, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to class to be fit onto a bike. Warning: If you do not like to sweat, this is not the class for you! All levels.

 IBC (Interval/Boot Camp): A hard driving workout that uses every muscle in your body to kick-start your metabolism and build lean muscles. This one hour workout offers challenges for everyone! All levels.

 Interval Sculpt Training: A 60 minute class designed to get your heart rate up quickly, than back down again. A mix of high impact activity along with low impact toning. A cardio base is recommended.

Kickbox Combo: A 60 minute high impact workout based on circuit training along with a mixture of basic kickboxing techniques. All levels are welcome but a cardio/fitness base is recommended. Participants do work at their own pace with instruction and motivation provided by the instructor.

Kids Kickboxing: A 45 minute cardio class geared toward kids ages 8-12. They will learn how to punch their way to a stronger body while increasing their sense of balance, muscular endurance, and coordination in a fun and relaxed environment. All levels.

 P-Mat: One hour mat Pilates class that targets muscular definition and improvement in flexibility and coordination. This class teaches the body awareness and good posture while increasing core strength, flexibility and agility. All levels.

 Plyometrics (Plyos): Enhance performance in a wide variety of sports with this 45 minute jump training workout. This class promotes a high level of cardiovascular fitness and participants must have permission from the instructor before joining class. High intensity moves designed to increase muscle speed and power. Perfect for athletes who desire an edge over their competition. Intermediate level with NO reported injuries.

Power Boxing: A one hour, action packed, cardio kickboxing class. Learn how to punch your way to a stronger body while increasing sense of balance, muscular endurance, and coordination. All levels.

Power Yoga: Athletic vinyasa practice, a rigorous and dynamic, physically, spiritually energizing form of yoga that sculpts, hones and tones every muscle in the body. Includes various elements of many different yoga styles.

Quick Step: A 30 minute Step Aerobics class that combines all the ultimate high-energy fun of a cardio step workout with carefully choreographed strength training power moves set to pumping music. Fifteen minutes of upper body sculpting and ab work at the end of class. All levels.

Rapid Burn: A 60 minute, intense workout with a mixture of everything! This class changes weekly, you never get the same workout! A cardio base is suggested.

Studio Cycling: A 60 minute class packed full of energy and motivating music. If you are a beginner, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to class to be fit onto a bike. Warning: If you do not like to sweat, this is not the class for you! All levels.

Total Body Strength and Conditioning: A 60 minute mix of low and high impact activity utilizing the entire body. Workouts vary weekly. A fitness base is recommended.

 Vinyasa Yoga: Vigorous, athletic approach to yoga techniques characterized by flowing poses, sequences that are linked to breath. Class is diverse and sequences vary with instructor philosophy

Zumba: This one hour class combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that help to tone and sculpt your body. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music- dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. This workout utilizes the principles of fitness interval and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. All levels.
